AirMedic Pro 5 Exec UV series including AirMedic Pro 5 Plus Exec UV, AirMedic Pro 5 HD Exec UV, and AirMedic Pro 5 Ultra Exec UV comes with 3 carbon options: AirMedic Pro 5 Plus Exec UV (18 lbs, 3"), AirMedic Pro 5 HD Exec UV (23 lbs, 3.5"), and AirMedic Pro 5 Ultra Exec UV (28 lbs, 5"). This AirMedic Pro 5 Exec UV series by Allerair is virtually ready to use out of the box. All you need to do is install the filter set.

AllerAir Pro 5 Exec with UV Series Air Purifiers are ideal for areas 1500 sq ft or less. AllerAir Pro 5 Series filters fine particles, airborne pollutants, chemical gases and odors. They feature a cylindrical shape for maximizing air-flow and a four-stage powerful filtration system.

Includes a 18 lbs activated carbon filter, micro-grade HEPA and an easy-clean pre-filter. This unit (without UV) is ARB certified for California. It features a more compact design than the Pro 6 Exec, while still offering reliable chemical, gas, odor and particle filtration.

2 Main Choices

1. Carbon Thickness: Basically the thicker the carbon the better the filtration for chemicals, odors, and VOC and the longer it may last. Your choices are as follows:

Plus - 18 lbs, 3" Carbon Bed
HD - 23 lbs, 3.5" Carbon Bed
Ultra - 28 lbs, 5" Carbon Bed

2. The Pro 5 series is also available in Vocarb which is specifically related to the need to filter VOCs.

Vocarb - Designed to tackle heavy concentrations of airborne pollutants, odor, & Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). Examples of VOCs are formaldehyde and benzene.
