Before Your Order Ships

We understand that things change. If the order is not a custom order where the item is specifically made for you such as 220V units, bulk orders etc., you're welcome to cancel your order BEFORE IT SHIPS without penalty. 

After Your Order Ships

If you cancel your order AFTER IT SHIPS, if the order can be returned, you will be responsible for shipping costs and any other fees associated with having the order sent back to us or to the manufacturers we represent. You will be notified of the charges incurred due to your cancellation and billed accordingly.  

How to Cancel Your Order

Please contact our customer service department at contactus@usairpurifiers.com or 888-231-1463 to advise us that you would like to cancel your order. We will determine the shipping status of your order and advise you of any charges you may or will incur as a result of the cancellation of your order.
