AirMedic Pro 5 Smoke without UV series including AirMedic Pro 5 HDS without UV and AirMedic Pro 5 UltraS without UV is designed specifically for tobacco smoke concerns. This exceptional unit removes harmful chemicals, fine particles and lingering odors. It features a large deep-bed activated carbon filter, a tar-trapping pre-filter and a micro-HEPA for particles.

This unit (without UV) is ARB certified for sale in California.

Similar to the former 5000 DS without UV, 5000 DXS without UV, 5000 smoke air purifier.

Coverage: 1500 sq ft or less

It features a more compact design than the Pro 6 HDS, while still offering reliable chemical, gas, odor and particle filtration.

Carbon Thickness: Basically the thicker the carbon the better the filtration for chemicals, odors, and VOC and the longer it may last. Your choices are as follows:

HDS - 21-23 lbs, 3.5" Carbon Bed (this is standard for the smoke model)
UltraS - 26-27 lbs, 5" Carbon Bed
