Beyond Guardian:

For optimal performance Beyond by Aerus recommends that you replace filter at least every 6 - 12 months, depending on usage.

To maintain optimal performance, the UVC bulb should be replaced every 12 months and the ActivePure cell every two (2) years.

Filter - Cost $42

The ActivePure® Cell should be replaced when REPLACE ACTIVEPURE® CELL appears on the display, or twelve (12) months when used continuously or two (2) years if used less than 12 hours a day, whichever comes first. To change the ActivePure® Cell, follow the instructions on page 10.

Although this is not typical of the Aerus Hydroxyl Blaster, this could be caused by dust build up and clogging the filter. We would recommend reaching out to the company that you purchased the machine from to better assist and help with filter replacement.
